Looking for the best disco in Ibiza, in terms of the funky music genre? 🪩 You’ve come to the right place! Although disco music isn’t as popular as some other EDM genres, there’s definitely still a place and audience for it, and Ibiza has plenty of parties to fill your disco fix. These are the best parties and clubs in Ibiza for disco music.

If instead you’re looking for a info on the BEST clubs in Ibiza, read the full guide on my other blog.

Important note: This blog along with my other blogs about Ibiza assume you will be visiting during the summer season, which goes from about early May to early October. During the rest of the year most things in Ibiza are shut down for some much needed rest.

Best Disco Ibiza Club Night : Glitterbox HI Ibiza

Glitterbox is HI Ibiza’s disco party, also featuring dance anthems and vocal house, combining for one of the most vibrant parties on the island. HI Ibiza is regarded as one of the top clubs on the island, located on the Playa d’en Bossa beach, which is thought of as one of the best areas to stay in Ibiza.

It takes place on Sunday nights which are generally slightly less crowded than some of the other HI Ibiza nights, and I suggest you get there not TOO late because the line can get long. If you aim for getting there at midnight that should be perfect!

Glitterbox is also one is also one of the best Ibiza club nights which feels more girly and feminine, with lots of confetti and upbeat vibes, which would make for a perfect bachelorette or girls trip night out!

Nu-Disco with Purple Disco Machine In Ibiza

If you’re into nu-disco, I’m sure you’ve heard of Purple Disco Machine. Luckily Purple Disco Machine makes appearances in Ibiza pretty often, performing at some of the island’s best clubs like Pacha. Considering his influence on nu-disco, you can’t get much better disco in Ibiza than this.

You can either check Ibiza Spotlight here to see what dates he is playing during the current season, or check his website for upcoming tour dates to see if he will be in Ibiza during your stay.

Best Disco In Ibiza Near San Antonio : Pikes Ibiza

Pikes Ibiza is both a hotel and a club venue on the island, and the DJs who play here play more disco tunes than most other venues on the island. This is probably true because the crowd is older overall, with a minimum age of 27 for entry (not sure how strict they are about this), but also because Pikes is all about the old school party atmosphere. Put away your phones, dance, enjoy and connect.

When I was last at Pikes they actually have a no phone policy where you had to put a little sticker over the camera, and really no one was taking pictures. There was a little kitten wandering around on its own and I was dying to get a photo of it. But anyway- the crowd was overall very relaxed and you can expect a more relaxed atmosphere at Pikes, with places to lounge and hangout along with a few small dance floors.

I will say, on big party or event nights it can get very crowded, so if you’re looking to explore around the place and relax maybe come on one of their less popular nights. Pikes has a different sort of ticketing system, where you can reserve your tickets FOR FREE online a few weeks before at their events calendar.

If you really want to explore the place and make friends, stay at the Pikes hotel to enjoy all of the nightly parties without a ticket and their historic pool deck.

Flower Power at Pacha : A Classic Disco Night In Ibiza

Flower Power at Pacha is one of the best club nights in Ibiza, where you guessed it – you can also hear the some of the best disco in Ibiza. This year the party takes place each week on Saturdays for a night filled with peaceful but energetic, love, connection, imaginative art, performers, 70’s energy and catchy uplifting beats from disco to house and the top hits in dance music, for an experience that celebrates diversity and the free spirited energy Ibiza is known for.

Pacha can get crowded and Flower Power is one of their most popular nights. If you can swing it, consider getting a VIP table at Pacha, which is said to be one of the best VIP packages on the island.

More Throwback Music In Ibiza : Children of the 80’s at the Hard Rock

While Children of the 80’s isn’t necessarily disco music, it IS all about throwing it back to oldies rock classics of a close generation, so I had to mention it here. This show is a favorite amongst 80’s rock fans visiting Ibiza, where international acts play weekly at the luxurious Hard Rock hotel. Keep in mind although this is a show, think of it as a concert where you’ll be standing in a crowd. Show up early if you want a good spot! You can learn more about which bands perform and what to expect at the Children of the 80’s website.

If you’re visiting the island, make sure to read my complete Ibiza at Night guide, including both parties and club nights along with shows, performances, the best places to eat and more. Enjoy! 🕺
